Dairy Santa Cruz: excellence and quality in the production
Artemisa, Cuba – The Business Unit of Base Dairy Products Santa Cruz, in the municipality of San Cristóbal distinguishes by the quality of its productions and the over-fulfillment of its physical plans and its profits.
The maximum control and utilization of the raw materials, allowed the fulfillment of the production plans in physical at 209.7%, and in values at 114.5%, where 6 varieties of cheese counted a total of 785 tons of the 714.8 planned.
The lines of ice cream and yogurt also showed high indicators between 120 and 123% respectively, said the director of the company Pedro Blanco Herrera.
The Business Unit of Base Dairy Products Santa Cruz processes an average of 16’000 liters of milk daily, coming from the 59 productive forms contracted in the municipalities of Candelaria, San Cristóbal, Los Palacios and Consolación del Sur.
In the year just concluded, the Business Unit of Dairy Products Santa Cruz, showed satisfactory results in its business management, from a productive point of view and the economic efficiency, in response to the call of the country’s top management.
