Strategies to raise pork production in Artemisa are putting into practice

Artemisa, Cuba – Obtain an effective bio-security, produce, collect and market 13 251 tones of live pork and animal food through the cooperative and rural workers sector and deliver other 12 144 tones to the industry, of which 5 161 to generate foreign exchange, are among the objectives of the Pigs Company of Artemisa in 2017.

It is the purpose of the group of workers, to apply the science and technology in order to reduce pollution by one percent, achieve the economic profitability with efficient and certified indicators, ensure logistics with a coefficient of technical availability of transport above the 75 per cent, the efficient use of energy, as well as direct and control the investment and maintenance processes of the company, according to Decree Law 327 of 2015.

To fulfill the plans, for years, of construction of bio-digesters in the cooperative and state sector, eradicate criminal and corruption events in all units, control the program of attention to workers are some of the actions that will also be undertaken by the producers of the territory, in accordance with the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution.
