Educate the man of the future, a social responsibility

The learning process of the human being is constant. It suffers the influence of the environment and becomes a wonderful fact that no one can ever snatch us. What is learned at schools, at home or in society accompanies us daily and forms proper education, governed by principles, laws and standards established thanks to the civilized coexistence of men and women.

In the scale of values, the behavior must reveal the correspondence with the ethical and humanist principles that affect our behavior in interpersonal relationships in order to behave as disciplined citizens; with a spirit of self-surrender, commitment, tenacity and consecration; with a sense of belonging, commitment and responsibility.

In Cuba the educational system gives the school, in the formation of the man of the future society, the principles and guidelines established by the Communist Party of Cuba. For this reason, the educator is an activist of revolutionary politics. The image given to the disciples must be of an exemplary, disciplined, demanding and critical worker.

The society aspires to have honest and supportive men, lovers of the truth. Hence the challenge for education today and of all times is and will continue to be to form individuals with a thirst for knowledge, with an exemplary behavior in favor of human improvement and enjoyment of full freedom; as defenders of truth, an infallible weapon in human relations and an indispensable requirement to be respected.
