UN-Geneva Director Expresses Condolences for Fidel’s Death
Geneva – The Director General of the United Nations Office in Geneva, Michael Moller, has expressed his condolences on the death of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro.
Moller visited the Cuban embassy in Geneva to sign the book of condolences opened after the death of the leader, who passes away on November 25th at the age of 90.
According to an embassy statement, the UN-Geneva director spoke to ambassador, Anayansi Rodriguez and emphasized the importance of Fidel Castro.
Moller also expressed his condolences to the family of Fidel and to the Cuba government and people.
After the death of the Commander of the Cuban Revolution, many tributes have come in from all over the world to mark the passing of one of the most important figures of the 20th century.
