Havana - The blockade and other hostile actions by the United States threaten human rights in Cuba, Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez stated.
Rodriguez tweeted questioning the fact that those rights are mentioned as 'the blockade is tightened in an unprecedented way.'
He added that Washington reinforced the punitive measures against Cuba by including it on the unilateral list of states sponsors of terrorism.
Rodriguez stated that those United States policies threaten the livelihood of the Cuban people.
The government of former President Donald Trump brought relations with Cuba to almost non-existent, issuing more than 200 measures aimed at economic and financial suffocation.
